Jesus Speaks In The Silence Of The Mystery Of The Eucharist And Reminds Us Each Time That Following Him Means Going Out Of Ourselves And Making Our Lives Not Something We 'possess,' But A Gift To Him And To Others.

We Face So Many Challenges In Life: Poverty, Distress, Humiliation, The Struggle For Justice, Persecutions, The Difficulty Of Daily Conversion, The Effort To Remain Faithful To Our Call To Holiness, And Many Others. But If We Open The Door To Jesus And Allow Him To Be Part Of Our Lives, If We Share Our Joys And Sorrows With Him, Then We Will Experience The Peace And Joy That Only God, Who Is Infinite Love, Can Give.

Fathers Are So Necessary As Examples And Guides For Our Children In Wisdom And Virtue. Without Father Figures, Young People Often Feel Orphaned; Left Adrift At A Critical Moment In Their Growth And Development.

I Sincerely Hope I Can Contribute To The Progress There Has Been In Relations Between Jews And Catholics Since The Second Vatican Council In A Spirit Of Renewed Collaboration.
