I Love Meditating And Taking Some Time For Myself When I Need It. As Moms, It's Easy To Feel Guilty About This Sort Of Thing, But It's Necessary. If I'm Feeling Overwhelmed, I'll Walk Down The Beach Or Just Sit In Silence And Reflect. Even If It's Just 10 Minutes, Every Little Bit Helps.

I Value So Many People Who Have To Work Full Time, Definitely Single Mothers. Their Work Is The Hardest Work. I Applaud It So Much. I Absolutely Love Being A Mother. I Love His Milestones. I Love His Smile. I Love That He's Talking And Making Sentences And Telling Me He Loves Me. It's Amazing.

I Wanted To Be Consistent With My Exercise, So I Committed To Working Out For 30 Days In A Row, No Matter What.
